Notime - I'm definitely not restricting calories. Since changing to essentially the GAPS diet last week, I've been eating a lot, just more of the healthy stuff (avocados, nut butters, nuts, etc...). I can already tell a huge difference in my stomach, I forgot what it was lot to not have discomfort after eating. Maybe you were able to heal your gut with GAPS, thus absorbing nutrients. Do you still follow the diet? If not, what happened when you went back to "regular" eating? Thank you for writing. Be well.
