I don’t have anything useful to add except what I have observed already in my case and rambled about
I assumed everything was lyme and co, I made some progress (50-70%?) and then stalled. Mold is definitely an issue, although not as severe as some, so I almost hesitate to talk about
it. I now question whether I ever had babesia although some symptoms and herb reactions seemed strong indicators.
I do believe these strongly intertwine. I think it’s a combination of one problem feeding the other in as much as they all suppress the immune system and throw things out of whack. I don’t know how to disentangle them and pick out which is which.
My MCS is new and selective - I react to some perfumes, diesel, and once to an essential oil (?!). But other times I’m fine in the mall. I am sure it’s my nervous system panicking due to my recent foolish exposures to mold.
I’ve been at my mum’s for just over a week using the sauna and detoxing daily. I’m shocked by how much better I feel. Fog, urinary frequency, air hunger, and my ability to process tinctures (my mid day dose used to knock me out) are all much improved. Pain is harder to assess as I’m doing too much physical work right now. The sauna/detox is an essential part as I’ve stayed at my mum’s for a week or more with no change but not since I cleaned up the mold at my house and not while specifically trying to detox mold.
I always assumed I had bartonella and that I brought it under control late last year. I haven’t had a lot of the symptoms that I associated with bart with my recent exposures - I had some bone pain but not a lot. Is there such a thing as ‘normal bone pain’ for someone in their 40s? I don’t know.
I wish I had insights to offer. I’m wondering the same things on a smaller scale.
I am returning to my house at the end of this week and hoping for more clarity when I’m back there, be it good or bad.
I hope you can find a safe place to figure this all out soon WBF!
