WBF - I started eating more "plain" foods, as in was careful what I put on it Things that seem to set it off, along with migraines at times, were cheese and sugar (obvious ones), seasonings, certain salad dressings, and the hidden ingredients, as alluded to by saraeli, at restaurants.
Now i eat at restaurants where they know me and understand the importance of no seasonings, no extra salt (for blood pressure), no butter, etc... Not saying that is causing it, but I no longer get tired after eating,,,, just tired all the time
. But this was a while back before I started getting the daily fatigue/fever, and the changes did help. Hope you find an answer.
