I have to say that getting in to the habbit in doing it in the morning has helped a lot. Its nice that its only one round so it doesnt take that much time or energy, and I sometimes do a second round for the day.
Another thing I noticed helps is to bring in more emotions and senses in the memories. I have a memory where we are walking close to the water at a nice beach with no people in Yamba, Australia. I used that one before and focusing on the waves, heat etc. But I then added that we kissed and hold hands when we where walking and it got so much more effect. I dont have any exact memory of that but the past memories dont have to be exactly how it happened.
