You’re right band 23 is specific to lyme. Not needed to know the strain.
Retesting isn’t very reliable - symptom resolution is key.
So you had a rash - and a lyme specific band show up.
It’s early now - if you are using the June 17 of this year for the date - if you’re going to treat I wouldn’t wait another month.
You can start treatment with doxy - 200 mg twice daily is the usual dose - and if your LLMD suggests treating coinfections after more testing - then you can add to or change your treatment.
Also wanted to mention that’s Igenex has newer tests besides the WB
IGX Spot and an immunoblot.
Seem to be similar to the Armin Labs tests
