When I was 15 years old I had gone berry picking with Grampa when I returned home Mom found a Tick buried in my Back. I have over the years had Many Lyme symptoms. Not Knowing it was Lyme Disease, But not feel Good either and having issues Lots of issues with health. I started to try and get healthier. This only Partially worked, This Is what has Helped me the MOST.
Remember to start slow, detoxing Lyme to quickly, May make you feel worse initially, till most of the Toxins get out of your body.
1. Grounding - I Sleep Grounded Every Night, I have a Grounding Mat in my Bed that I sleep on. 2. Sunflower Lecithin - Has also Helped a Lot. I take it in powder about
2:00pm every day. this helps a lot.
3. Hemp "Full Spectrum Hemp Oil" I take Dr. Mercola's Full Spectrum Hemp Oil Every day, This stuff is Awesome!!!
I feel Great, Like a completely different person.
Beside that I eat healthy. I am able to workout 4 times a week feel strong clear headed and Lots of energy.
Start slow is the key
