Essentially it is a reduced version of the paleo diet so it _is_ quite limited but it is very helpful for identifying possible triggers of inflammation. I’m mostly vegetarian but I rely on cheese if I’m feeling lazy (massive inflammation for me) and nuts (not as problematic but I’ve reduced my intake now).
I only followed it for a few months but it was very helpful to be able to re-examine my food choices and how they affect me.
I hope the keto diet goes well for you! I’m not on it right now but I did love it at the time. I rarely ate dairy then so it’s quite doable - just the occasional bit of raw-milk cheese from time to time. I did make some lovely coconut oil and cocoa freezer fudge though.
