I finally hit the jackpot ion finding the source(es) of my foot tightening (like plantar faciitis (but not)). Bottom and top of foot used to tighten up after sometimes only 20 min of standing / walking, it was bearable but annoying. I figured this would be a life long injury by now...............well, . maybe not.
Been doing my typical soft tissue detective work but more focusing on referred pain (pain far from cause/source). Found it and now doing different workout/gym machine to work this muscle and tendon. Applying Penetrex after and was doing DMSO to that spot last month.
Its just weird that so much of my muscles and tendons seemed to be glued/semi-stuck to their surrounding tissues. This takes so much recovery time. Drs are/were 100% usless on this, yes 100%. What I learned was from younger chiros who practice and preach more than "cracking". Old school chiros mostly just "crack joints", which does ZERO for tendon and muscle issues.
Joints get out of place because of tight muscles and tendons.......so old school chiros are backwards in thought...thus keeping you going back to them !! Remember its BALANCED tension of muscles / tendons that keep joints aligned, not the other way around. The younger ones will even admit this.
Initial lyme symptoms in late 80's, again with bullseye early 90's. Started ABX 2014, ended in Jan 2016. Flares ended after. Lyme "B gone" as far as I can tell (Cured?). Now: Healing the aftermath-Rebuilding / fine tuning / fixing muscles and still improving nutrition and immune via better gut health. + 20 years of Hashimoto is now improving. Nodule B-gone too.
