I started with quercetin at the same time but I think its DNRS that has helped the most.
It took a while to go over all the videos but after some days I started doing some of the exercies.
There is one exericise with 9 steps that should take 10-15 min each time that I do a bit shorter, that you should do rounds of for 1 h a day. You end it with visualization of an ealier positive memory and a visualization of a future positive memory when you are well and can handle a current trigger. In my case I have often been visualizating around chemicals and food.
I have done 15-30 min of that most days. Other things I do with this is that I read way less about
illness/health. Still look here daily but only check a few threads.
Read a lot less news and politics also. I only watch/read things that are non violent and low stress. So its mostly comedy shows or comedy romance movies. Dont read health books anymore either.

symtoms and illness. We used to talk about
at that almost all the time. I might say that I have lot of symtoms and leave it at that. Before my girlfriend would ask where I felt the pain, etc and it consumed so much energy. talking to much about
earlier positive memorys have been amazing. When you start its hard to find good memories, but when you have done it for a while you get acess to many more. We had been together for 5 years before we got sick, and we traveled a lot and had so many good times that I havent been thinking about
What I noticed are less sensitivites to light, sound, pressure/touch, chemicals.
More stable emotionally in the last week. It has been a very up and down after starting DNRS, like my system was processing something. Both crying and laughing.
When treating I have had way less symtoms compared to before.
Less symtoms in general, specially pain that hasnt been as intense of frequent.
Less need for treating. My body have started killing things by it self. I have been getting rid of a lot of toxins even as I only have been treating once a week the last two weeks. Had some problems with brain inflammation around going to the bathroom. I use to get when Im toxic.
I still do lllt, grounding, work on sleep, working out, detox etc
There is more things I should do with DNRS, but as I just started Computer Engineering at the university I dont have the time. Way behind in math as it was 16 years ago I studied that, but just booked a online math tutor.
Im going to study/work 6 days a week now for a while. Without DNRS I dont think I would have a chance.
I been able to tolerate the classrooms I have been at so far, that was something I was very worried about
before around mold.
I wont be able to handle being in school monday-friday 0815 am - 5 pm as its scheduled. So I plan to test being there 2.5 days a week, and study and work from home a lot. If that dont work, I will wait to next year when I should be a lot better.
