Wow, this sounds like pretty heavy stuff.
I watched a video on Youtube last night made by the lady who runs the Facebook group.
She was saying that certain LLMDs are saying that you should only increase dosage every two weeks. Even if you start very low and feel nothing, you should still continue with that dose for two weeks before increasing it. I think she said it was something to do with the way disulfiram works.
Also, to relieve herxing or lessen its effects, split you daily dose. So, if you're taking 250mg, take them in two separate doses of 125mg at different times.
Herxing is a sign the drug is working, so stick with it my friend!
How are you dosing at the moment? Why are you only taking glutathione every third day? Is that something that has been recommended?
My disulfiram is on its way to me and I'm trying to build up as much info from people's experiences as I can. Do you think it's hitting all your infections?
Currently I’m at 250 or 375. Yesterday I did 375, today 250. I kind of just feel it out. As of next week I should be on 375 daily for one last week before the bigger dose.
I did 2 weeks of 125, a week of 250, then a week jumping between 250 and 375.
I have to poop (sorry tmi lol) a lot so I’m guessing it’s all the toxins being kicked out.
Glut slows down absorption of disulfarim so while it helps with herx it also is counterproductive.
My doc said the other patient she’s treating just did their own regiment lol. They’re obese and are up to 750. There is def a link between your weight and the dosing of DSF from what I have seen.
I do split up the dose. One in morning, one mid day and one at bed. Today may do the 250 because herx and withdrawal so bad.
Because I know it’s just a period of discomfort, I am pushing through. Debating if whether to take the niacinamide today. Maybe it’ll help.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Thanks again for all the information.
Yeah, weight does seem to play a part in this. The lady from the Facebook group mentioned all that in the video I watched last night. I think her name is Kristina. I've got a dreadful memory, but she's an Angel and her Youtube videos with various doctors have been very helpful.
How is niacinamide meant to help? That's not something I really know anything about
Why are you taking glutathione? Is that for detoxing? Does NAC also have an impact on absorption? I'm trying to work out what binders to take with it if any.
Are you doing all the usual things like epsom salts and coffee enemas? Not that it sounds like you have any trouble in that department! I believe magnesium can affect absorption of abx, as can iron, but I'm not sure about
disulfiram because it works in a different way.
Thanks for all the great info. Really does sound like this stuff works. I'm surprised more people here aren't trying it to be honest.
NAC is just as effective.
Glut/NAC is for removal of the cytokines.
This all wouldn’t be as bad if it wasn’t for the antidepressant withdrawal. 4 days down! I know I’m not gonna god forbid die so it’s basically just it’s gonna be crap for a few days but you will come out better for it.
After all this I have developed insane pain tolerance and patience.
Any more questions, ask away.
