@Cygnet yes it is! Thanks! I have to limit myself to doing it every other day though, I don't want to crash again like I did over a year ago. I've never been able to run a mile though so yeah I'm pretty happy with myself. But still struggling with my weight. That will likely be the last symptom to resolve, if it ever does.
Not sure if you've considered it, but intermittent fasting is incredible. Even just going for an 8 hour eating window, with 16 hours fasted (most of those asleep btw 😉) makes it really easy to do! At my most intense, I did 18 hours fasted to a 6 hour eating window.
Perfect means of controlling weight, recycling dead cells and increasing human growth hormone. Also I felt more full and less likely to eat whatever I wanted, that and there's no heft dietary restrictions.
I hope you're able to exercise more. Exercise was one of the things that got me out of depression and made me resilient before it all got too much.
