Just know that you shouldn't feel badly or guilty for something that's out of our control. Your body checked out on you, you didn't check out. Now I know we still feel badly bc we want to be normal, but it just ends up making us feel worse.
I know you feel guilty about your husband, I do the same about mine. They're both so supportive and we feel guilty bc our families deserve better. Just remember, though we deserved better and we've gotten a raw deal.
Remind yourself "I'm enough, this is my illness, not me, I'm gonna do what I can not what I can't."
