Not sure if DSF depletes or otherwise affects b vitamins, but I am and have been taking "basic b complex" by Thorne. Supplementing with b vitamins has been advised elsewhere.
I bit the bullet and made a facebook page. I've been seeing that too. However, I have seen it stated that carbon disulphide could cause axonopathy as well (not too much of a problem though.)
In all I'm fine to take this stuff. The risks outweigh the negatives. Also I've taken all precautions necessary. I'm also seeing other people having success with the capsules.
Gonna get Taurine to help my liver, the liver clears out the toxins then they end up in the colon right? It helps clear out the aceteldehyde that builds up too, not that there should be much.
Also I think I'm feeling the herx now. Starting to feel a bit nauseous. Think it's a good thing though. Most people report feeling better on the other side of the herx. It was just a matter of time.
