Anyone have any experience with disulfiram and autoimmune issues? Does it help those as well?
It's calmed my inflammation down a great deal. It's December now, I'm sitting in my flat with my fingerless gloves on because I can't afford heating (if I want to treat myself and it's not like I've been able to heat the flat for the 4 years I've spent here anyway.)
This time last year, I had brutal reynauds. Hands literally like the michellin man. I had it up until 2 weeks as well, but since taking the DSF, it has disappeared! I'm astonished. It definitely acts on inflammatory modulators.
Of course, there are herx reactions which can take you in the opposite direction but good detoxing can help with that.
I'm hoping that my Sjogrens disappears after I treat this as I know for certain it's the lyme that caused it. As it's action isn't that of antibiotics, I think it would be worth a try for anyone with autoimmune issues.
If you do join us as guinea pigs, we will definitely support you through it. I'll dig up some stuff from the facebook groups as well if you'd like? A few people have reported improvements.
