The sunlight would work the same as those light boxes that were being recommended for SAD many years ago... don’t hear about it much anymore. (For mood )
Its the sunlight - not just the vitamin d from the sunlight.
Thats what I was thinking from my experience - its not just D.
Lack of light makes melatonine, so maybe say Sun light reverses the melatonine effect.
Im also going to google "SAD light boxes and gut health".
The light box articles dont get very health technical, and most just mention the D value. I still never tried one yet (!)
They need a small 12v SAD light one for the morning car drive. Im not doing the light before work, as im doing all i can to get up and ready anyway. Could have one in the bathroom for ten min in the AM I suppose. Used at night they might keep you awake .
