I have the 10 week program. I dont have the time and as I reacted so much to the breathing exercise I havent done it.
There is a video and a pdf for each week, where there are cold challenges, breathing exercises and versions of yoga/stretching.
I did another 20 breaths and 40 sec breath hold today and finish at the coldest in the end of my showers.
I will soon try do a full 30 breaths and 60 sec breath hold and I should also do longer times with cold in the shower. I went to a DJ sauna a while ago where they had barrels of cold water. It was really nice to go between the sauna and the cold water.
From week 2
Cold shower exercise.
1. Start with a cold shower, 30 sec
2. Warm shower as long as you like
3. Go back to a cold shower, 30 sec
4. Warm shower as long as you like
5. Go back to a cold shower, 30 sec
Repeat this 5 days this week.
Im not feeling that good tonight. I started with liposomal vitamin C yesterday that I felt bad from then, so its a mix from that, treating more often lately and the breathing exercise And anxiety around corona. So I will take it slower and wait with increasing and take a few days brake from it.
