Lightlife - Changing sleep schedule, like you did, has been suggested. Like waking up at 7 instead of 8. Maybe that is one of the only times a crying or sick child is helpful

The feeling is awful, and there are a lot on this site who deal with it, unfortunately. I just started taking ashwagandha yesterday. We'll see if it makes any difference, along with essential oils I just purchased, Totally don't understand essential oils, but at this point, anything is worth a try. ANYTHING. Hope you have a lessening of symptoms. Hope everyone does.
