Well everything in moderation, I like the instant coffee brand Tasters Choice, and when I have chores and want to get things done I cycle through it, a couple times a week, just one or two cups at the most usually.
And speaking of acetylcholine pathways/modulation, I take racetams and choline source to get a few hours of clarity and also L-theanine to reduce jitters. These go good with coffee, (oxiracetam/pramiracetam with centrophenoxine is a good combo, choline bitartrate and phosphatidylcholine are other supplements that also boost choline levels, I believe racetams modulate acetylcholine pathways...) these all seemed exotic until you look at the ingredients of all the "neuro" pill supps, most have some combo of the above.
Anyway I use coffee/caffeine sparingly when I want to get a few extra things done, clean, organize, do housework.
Oh and I add coconut oil and stevia to it.
There is a downside though, as it is advised against for borreliosis sufferers, when I overdo it I get more psych. issues and sometimes I feel like my brain is on fire.
