I have this problem also, though not as bad as it was last few months. I have GERD/Borreliosis/Mast Cell activation and possibly babesia so I'm not sure what's causing it. What I did that I think has helped decrease the pain is a combination of things. COQ10- 400mg 3x a day, taking a nitric oxide booster that has a combo of Arginine/Citrulline twice a day, and peptides BPC 157 and Thymosin Beta 4. My cardiologist said my blood vessel flow is narrowed which is what could be causing the chest pain. It's called endothelial dysfunction. She recommended the nitric oxide booster supplement for this, as well as fish oils and magnesium 3x a day. The peptides BPC 157 and Thymosin Beta 4 have been shown to help with heart failure. These can be a bit pricey, so I would recommend at least the COQ10, Nitric oxide booster, fish oil (2-3g a day) and magnesium glycinate. And be sure to see a cardiologist to rule out any other possible heart issues.
