I have used my massage gun for two days now. I think this will be amazing as it helps me from getting out of being in a fight or flight mode. Especially after a day like I have had today, where stress has been insane at work, it helped me to relax a lot. I felt very rested this morning also, but I will update more when I have used it more.
I have been realizing more and more that stress is a big part of my illness. When I got sick, and during my illness. With me almost always having 5.5 days of school/work every week and with high stress around work, school with constant deadlines in programming labs, finances, my girlfriend's new company, her health, etc, I'm spending a lot of time in fight or flight.
I already put a lot of focus on this, but with understanding MCAS more I need to work a lot on quieting down my system.

And a mix of yoga, dnrs, meditation, nail mat, muscle relaxation exercises, cold showers, and massage with my massage gun.
It would be great if I could reduce my triggers but that won't happen that well for a long time.
It feels like the massage gun could be huge for this after just using it two times.
