This is an interesting question and I’m wondering the same thing. How to separate bart and mold.
You’re the only other person on the list I know with a CD57 as low as mine and I’m still mulling over what the cause might be. Have you tested CD4? (Not C4a).
I never tested for bart but assumed it based on symptoms. Unfortunately I don’t get a tremendous response to herbs so I don’t get a lot of clues there. Only Isatis and Crypto have produced strong responses for me. Now there’s indications that crypto might be good for Lyme so maybe that’s still my main one.
Rhodiola is also a favourite herb but mainly because it evens out my hypoglycaemic tendencies.
I definitely had mold problems and I still react to it although not as frequently or strongly as before. I took binders but I believe I’m a good detoxer based on the little testing and evidence I have.
Looking forward to others thoughts on this thread. Sorry you’re still struggling with all this Aerose.
[Edit] PS - did you continue on something to protect the blood cells from reinfection after Bartonella treatment? I dropped Sida in the spring when I ran out (along with arginine) and I was hoping to reduce my protocol and I’m now thinking it might be really important. I’ve looked over the list of CDK inhibitors Buhner suggests as well but I’m not taking any other than to try to consume a lot of fresh ginger (does that count).
I’m not sure if we clear bart or just reach a point where it’s in check so I’m thinking things like Sida may be necessary long term maybe along with rhodiola and ashwagandha on a on and off again basis.
I’m definitely reconsidering the idea of very long term maintenance anyway :l
