Just know the risks of taking it. In my opinion, it's over prescribed without informing patients that it can be pathogenic. I had systemic chronic s. cerevisiae (despite that "supposedly" doesn't happen) that I have posted about numerous times here in the past. I can not (and choose not to) take any supplement with s. boulardii because of such.
It definitely has its benefits for taking it, especially when on strong antibiotics and trying to prevent c-diff. But people's gut biomes really vary, so one needs to be careful with supplementing with a yeast (in my humble opinion). May work to prevent one problem but may actually cause a different problem.
