Thank you guys

I just thought I'd write to say, thank you guys so much for your support. This disease, nearly killed me and I have had very little to work with. Your support has been invaluable and I think I am finally turning a corner after spending every single day, researching, hoping and praying through some of the worst days of my life.

I appreciate everyone's compassion.

This disease breaks my heart. The way so many suffer is just so horrible. I hadn't felt like a human being for so long, and I can feel and see just how sick I've been.

No, not yet, I'm here for a long time yet. In fact, I have another question!

Did Dr J mention anything about Uveitis with the rifabutin? I am going to switch back to rifampin. I am concerned about uveitis with the biaxin and rifampin combo and as such I think it's wisest I discontinue it. I am waiting to speak to see an opthalmologist as my eyes are red and I have read elsewhere that it's quite important to get it seen to.
