I have written a lot in other posts about
how stress is such a big part of my illness. Today I decided that I will skip my high-stress job totally and do some minor work and put all my time into web development so that I can get an extra job in that in autumn instead. I got 7 weeks before my final year at the university starts and today I'm starting with 2 weeks vacation.
This will be amazing for my health and I will have so much time for health that I never had before.
I start my days with a cold shower and yoga.
The last few days I have been working on getting in DNRS in my routine again and it's at night where I think it fits best. So I have been doing DNRS and 2 exercises for the vagus nerve before bed.
DNRS is the reason that I got down my sensitivities so that I could study, so I will put a lot of focus on that. Yesterday I did 5 rounds and 3 of those in the sauna.
I will get more time in the sauna also 😊
And time for taking treatment, supplements that I herx from, liver pate, etc also 😊
On Sunday we are going away for one week to a house close to the beach where I can go for a swim every day, do some earthing in the garden, etc. I believe that its likely that my health finally will take that big jump during this summer 😊
As I finally have time to focus on health, I was thinking about
what I would get in during a week after the vacation.
Morning. Continue with my cold shower and yoga.
Evening, get better at eating and going to bed at the same time. Work/school has been a problem with this before, but it won't be during these weeks. Getting in DNRS and vagus nerve exercises 5-6 nights a week.
Sauna 3-4 days a week for 20-30 min per time with DNRS every time.
Then get in some low-level laser therapy, vibration using a vibration platform, massage gun, Epsom foot baths, and meditation.
I should also get in some more DNRS.
Earthing every day it isn't raining maybe.
Focus on deficiencies more the treatment should be good. I suspect I have very low vitamin B as I herx when I take that, same for iodine that I had very very low when I tested a few years ago.
Then spend a lot of time at the outdoor gym or doing mountain bike as it helps my mood so much. Same with spending time in nature.
If I do 5.5 days a week with study/work, where I finally have a lot of time to mix in all these things, it could be good.
