It seems like it will be 50 %+ in person when I'm starting school in 3 weeks from now, and then 100 % in November. I'm unvaccinated, people in the age 18-29 are only at 12 % with 2 doses, almost no one are using masks. 50 people in quite small classrooms with poor ventilation…………
I was thinking of maybe getting vaccinated at the end of September/October but with this, it seems like it's very likely that I will get Covid before that. I wouldn’t be surprised if they change to distance teaching after a while, but I have to prepare for it being in person.
Supplements: magnesium, zinc, vitamin d, vitamin c, selenium, fish oil, sea hawthorn, quercetin, melatonin.
I had planned to decrease things that help with the immune system like earting, IR-sauna, low-level laser therapy as I will have less time, but not that sure anymore.
I think I take the most important supplements, and maybe I can drop sauna too 3 times a week. Low-level laser therapy I can do when working, and earthing I can do indoors when eating if I don’t have time during the day/it's raining. For the moment I work hard on my sleep that is very important for the immune system.
And take a lot of Argentyn 23(silver) and Oil of oregano, especially after I have been to school. Maybe skip some lessons and just read in the book instead. I will be wearing a mask indoors.
What are the best to take if I get symptoms? I have Astragalus, Andrographis, Samento, and Japanese knotweed also at home.
Anything else I should think about
