Dairy is one of the things I totally eliminated about
four years ago. Dairy was one of the things listed as red on the leap MRT test shown to release inflammatory cytokines in my blood.
Last year i was trying cheese and a few other things with some milk ingredients every now and then and all of a sudden I was tolerating it.
Never tried actual milk again though for five years, had about
10 ounces of chocolate milk yesterday with nothing else before after it, no gas no stomach turning nothing. Hmm.
I also had some tests that suggested I had a leaky gut ,......but I don’t think there is a 100% accurate test out there. So I’m guessing that’s mostly healed by now.
That said, I still prefer almond milk and I’ll keep drinking that as I think it just taste better.
The true test will be to have a milkshake but if I have that at a fast food joint it might be pretty hard to keep that 100% away from a malt which has gluten in it. Guess it would depend what fast food joint to go to, only the smaller chains have malts. Malt is one of the gluten containing grains.
