Finally got a chance to slowly go over all the help you provided.
Thank you so much again.
Yes I found the knotweed to be pretty harsh too. I will look into the tincture, that's good to know.
I'm also looking into liposomal resveratrol, giving that it's absorbed better.
I know Buhner said that there are more active ingredients than just resveratrol in JK though, so I'm still trying to weigh the pros and cons.
I'm glad I can take the tinctures together, that's convenient!!
"the risks associated with the herbs are likely lower than the risk of lyme and bart doing me further injury"
I couldn't agree more with this. And yes, I do share your concerns about
the herbs. In regards to Africa, I also think it's difficult to really draw conclusions from the fact that they might have been using it there for a long time, in that, we most likely never really did studies on how it impacted their health.
That said, my gut tells me the same as you, which is that Lyme does more damage.
I've been treating for a week I think and I'm really fatigued all the time. Also, my body aches/hurts a lot, which is so strange because pain or aching has never been a symptom for me. Do you think this is a herx or is the bartonella getting worse?
Thank you so much for the list of things in his book, I didn't have that information, so I really appreciate it.
I did try Chinese Skullcap, but I read something about
it containing melatonin, so I temporarily stopped it because I do believe it was making me a bit sleepy. But who knows at this point, I'm so fatigued regardless.
As much as I hate the fact that you had horrendous fatigue, it does feel good to know that I'm not alone in it. Thank you for sharing that and also what helped you.
I will also add back in crypto
Again thank you for so much for your help and I apologize for the late response.
