Edited - upper back pain

It has taken a long time - but my upper (left side) back is without pain and stiffness.

I have been off abx for a few years now.

I thought I was stuck with some stiffness/pain forever.
It was my first symptom - I believe it was 2013.

I was using a spray that I ordered from Amazon to apply it to my husband’s back tonight and I thought about this.
The spray (or roll on) is called Medistick. I bought it on Amazon.
Something to try if you have nagging pain.

So I woke up this morning with the “MS Hug” (pain and stiffness mid back)

My husband came home in his lunch break and sprayed it on my back - and it worked right away.
He also said a coworker had the same issues this morning.
Apparently there is a virus that is causing back pain…

Girly- good to hear that.

I also had mid-upper left back tension for years, which drove me nuts. It seems to have improved 80-90% this last year probably from NUCCA.

My husband came home on his break today and said his coworker has the same pain.
The dr told him it is a virus going around.
So my husband told him about the spray/roll on - and how it relieves the pain.
Good to know it’s likely a virus and not lyme and CO’s.
