Hey Everyone

Can anyone give me some direction on supplements that help with migraine prevention or can help stop the pain once a migraine has begun? I've researched this and come up with many different supplements, but i'm not sure which to use...or if any are worth the time and money. Thanks so much in advance!

I've found Trace-lyte from Natures Path Supplements to be very helpful so far. It's an electrolyte supplement you take with water on an empty stomach. Works superior to gatorade. Unless it's a coincidence, my mingraines have reduced from several a day to 2 or 3 a month so far and I've been on it for about 2 months now. I purchase Trace-lyte through Long Life Catalog company... do google and you should find it. They charge $5 less than the manufacturer and their shipping is fast. Costs just $25 a month, shipping and tax included so it is one of the cheaper things you can try.
