I stumbled across this web site about transformed migraine. For all of us "desperate people who have tried everything" it might be something to look at. First, I would recommend looking up Transformed Migraine to understand the symptoms. Then google "Surgical Treatment for Transformed Migraine" This is an interesting article. I'm kind of excited because it sounds just like my symptoms. At least it's something to take to the doctor and poke at:) If anyone wants, I would be interested to hear your input or if you have already tried this avenue or been diagnosed with this form of migraine. Also, if anyone has had positive relief, I would love to know!
Thanks Mother2

Just curious if you already are being seen by a  neurologist who specializes in migraines? Think that would definitely be an avenue to check out before going a surgical route. ..Just my 2 cents.

Oh, I wasn't just going to jump into surgery. Just thought it was an interesting avenue that I haven't seen before. Plus I thought it might help someone else.
