so something strange has happened to me and my migraines and would like to know if anyone else has experienced this.
about a week ago i had a horrible migraine, we all know the type, the ones were we are vomiting violently even with compazine on board and our abortive meds and nothing works, we pack our heads in ice and live in a dark room for the day, and then again yesterday i had the same migraine (also i always suffer from an incredibly intense pressure behind my right eye...with or without a migraine) well anyway after recovering from this blinding migraine the next day i would notice a broken blood vessel in my right eye and all the veins in my eye would be bulging  and you could literally see the veins extend from my eye and my pupil was constricted .....
im still in the process of testing to find out what kind of headaches i get and dialing in my meds, and about 2 months ago i had my first "ocular migraine" and since then my vision has gone from100% to about 50% in my right eye (which is awful for anyone, but i am a genetic biologist and do, when able spend lots of time peering thru a microscope) , my eye doc didn't notice any csf behind my eye or blood, and cant explain the lose of vision, hopefully my neurologist will be able to answer this among other questions (although he didn't seem to concerned about my vision issues at this time.)
im just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them, i do plan on calling my neurologist in the morning to let him know whats going on, but just want to know if its just a coincidence?
thanks a million for your input
