  Hi everyone,

I have terrible migraines and most of the meds I've tried haven't helped me.  I also have bone spurs in my neck, do you think that could be causing some of my migraines?   I have 2-3 migraines a week, and they are always worse in the summer, it's just the heat I guess.   I just had back surgery (discectomy L4/L5) three weeks ago, doing good as far as my back just a little sciatica now nothing compared to pre surgery.

I feel for you all that deal with migraines they are terrible. I've had them for many years now, I'm just so use to it that I know all I can do is deal with it.  I've tried topamax, imitrex, replax, maxalt, blood pressure med, midrin, and a few more just can't think of them all right now.  I also take a muscle relaxer for my neck pain and back.  I know there's no easy answers.  hope you all had a pain free day.

  God Bless,

  Mercyme  :-)

Well when my brother was suffering from back pain he had tried many treatments but nothing was so useful for him, then he tried natural treatments from a herbal site http://www.mamaherb.com/ which helped him a lot. Your post really remembered me my brother's problem of Migraine.

 Hi Trish,

Thanks for the information, I'll check it out. I live in Tennessee and there are no headache clinics within six hours from where I live.  I've tried alot of meds, not all of them I'm sure but quite a few. I'm taking a all natural supplement called headache be gone, anything is worth a try they claim that it will cure you of migraines or your money back.

I'm happy to hear that your therapy is working for you, and I hope you remain migraine FREE.  I have some other health issues that I won't get into so you can imagine dealing with a migraine on top of everything else.  I saw a neuro surgeon today and it's possible I might have to have back surgery again!  but for now I'm praying that will not be so.  I was suppose to go to physcial therapy next week but I told the receptionist to cancel because of these migraines.  I do exercise, I walk four days a week, plus doing stretching exercises at home. anyway I wish you well.

  Blessings,

  Mercyme
