headache for 10 years

im suffering from a new type of headache for past 10 yrs...actually initially it was a normal headache which comed once while but in few years it advanced..now im suffering with a chronic headache...i hav consulted many neurologists they say its migraine and it can b a cluster headache or a vascular headache and all 3 r almost similar....my prob is now days my headache is v.severe that its not predi ctable..it comes any time..it mainly pains in the lower back head portion then finally aggrevates to front.its sumtimes a pulsating pain...few months back i had a block out which is like for few mins i dint know what was happening around me...with severe headache and a feeling of vomiting...wheneevr u hav headache i feel like vomiting...since i m suffering this prob for long time i hav checked with many doctors and all have tried many medicined from pain killers to paracetemols.at present im having acetimpihien and aspirin content tablets which also doesnt give a permanent cure but a temporary relief...but all atblets lose their power to relieve after few days or courses of in take.
i have been taken all scans EEGs and bloodtest all say negative...but in EEG i had a v.minor disorder that they say is a epilytic form activity...i still dont understand whats wrong with me..im v.worried...irrespective of tensions stress i do get headaches often evn when im realed..now i have a new problem of lack of sleep in nigth times with restlessness and a tigthness in neck area.....pls advice me...

Hi Odrgal,

Welcome to Healing Well. Sorry to hear that you are suffering so much with this headache. We are not Doctors here just sufferers ourselves so are unable to give medical advice. However, it does sound like you are getting some tension type headaches as well as Migraine.

So pleased you are able to get some relief from the meds you are taking at the moment. As far as the epilytic activity is concerned, you may find it useful to talk to the guys here on the Epilepsy Forum!
