Hello!!

Im so glad to see that Im not the only one in the world with this symptom. I want to say I been having tingly feelings in my head for about one year now. I have went to the doctor and explained these symptons.....she say that these are pretty normal. Since I come from a background of having chemo therapy, she thought that my nuclear ??(cant really remember the exact name) could possibly not be balanced and this could be a side effect. I told her my last chemo was 7 years ago and I have never had these symptoms before. She did suggest that I was correct and asked if I took vitamins(which I dont) because sometimes when the body lack certain needs like Iron, Vitamin A,B and etc our body tends to have weird feeling. In the past I have always had low iron and needed to take Iron pills but I just never took them. Now Im going to take a multi vitamin (Women one a day) everyday. Today is my first day doing it so I really dont know if this is even the case. I also notice when I go to sleep sometimes I run out of breath as well as jump in my sleep as if Im having a nightmare, but Im not. These symptoms are worst at night or when I get sleepy. Do anyone agree?

Can someone help me if they are going through the same EXACT thing!!!!

hi, i'm feeling the same way. sometime i'll get a tingly feeling in my head, and at night before i fall asleep i wake up suddenly because i feel like i can't breath. I'm getting over hormonal anxiety. I'm 28 and had my first child 20 months ago. After her birth i went on birth control. I had to get off because i was getting severe migraines. After getting off my hormones went crazy and i developed anxiety and panic attacks for the first time in my life. Now i don't have panic attack, but i do still have some anxiety when i'm stressed. It's been 7 long months of all this. I almost think i'm never going to be normal again.
i take vitamins and found that magnesium helps a lot for the anxiety. Any luck with the tingly feeling in the head and lack of breath feeling when going to sleep?
i'd love to hear from you.
