BECAUUUSE, I can tell you when it's going to rain - every single time without fail. How? Because I get a splitting insane migraine headache.

I'm sure a lot of you have this. I'm mostly looking for advice on how to prevent it. I get terrible migraines at other times, but this is the pattern I'm noticing recently.

I have taken many medications in the past: inderal, corgard, topamax and about 20 different triptans. It either doesn't work well or I am displeased with the side effects.

If it helps, I have Crohn's disease, undetermined Lupus diagnosis.

Thanks for your help!
