Okay so I have been suffering from constant head pressure now for about
3 years and it would only go away while I was eating or doing strenuous exercise. I recently went to a medical intuitive as a last resort before I joined AmeriCorps because I really really wanted to be healthy. I had been on soooo many meds for the pressure and none of them really helped for long. I had also tried acupuncture and homoepathy and gotten nothing out of them. Anyhow, this lady looked at me and immediately told me I had systemic candida. After thinking about
it it totally makes sense- all of the antibiotics, steroids, birth control pills, and other meds I had been given for my "IBS" had created new problems when I probably didn't really have anything wrong with me to begin with. These things got rid of the good bacteria in my stomach and allowed candida, a fungus, to take over and eventually bring toxicity to my head.
So in order to get rid of the fungus, I cannot eat yeast, sugar, wheat, or dairy. It totally bites, but if you are as desperate for answers as I was, you will try it. I am also taking Candigone pills (ReNew Life) to flush out the candida. I have been doing this for about
4 weeks now, and although I still feel occasional pressure, it is soooooo much better and in a few months it should be completely gone.
Of course I am not trying to diagnose you but you might consider this possibility, even if you don't have all of the symptoms of candida when you google it, because I didn't.
I really wanted to let you all know, because apparently this is becoming very common in societies where they give out meds for everything more than in the past and where we eat a lot of crappy, sugary foods. (I think this may be why a lot of us are in the same age range.)I am so happy to know about
it now so that I can slowly get it out of my system.
If you decide you want to talk about
candida or are confused by the insanely varying candida diets that can be found online, my e-mail is (edited to remove email for users safety-please click on username to send message) and I would be glad to help you out. I really hope that this info can help some of you! Good luck!
