Seen my Neurologist this week. Anhow he said:
Remove all animal products from the bedroom ( cat saliva, dog sweat, feathers, feather pillows, down comforters, bed bugs. Peanut shells that are found in powdered laundry soap, switch to liquid soap. Get a HEPA filta ( Fred Myers, Costco, internet) and use Honeywell brand filters is quite helpful. Put filter in Bedroom and leave it running through the evenings. Other issues are to make sure there is no blowing air filled with fungus coming through your plugins or around windows. Cleaning the vents.
Msg hiddon forms: Natural flavor, monosodium glatamate, monopotassium glatamate, maltodextrin, malted barley flour, malted anything, malt extract (some cereals, white bread, saltine crackers have malt), broth, bouillon, beef base, beef flavoring, barley malt, autolyzed yeast extract, aspartame (soda and etc), artificial flavor.
So....thats what my doctor wrote down on papers for me. Hope it can help people.

It's a tall order for someone who has no money. I think it's worth getting a allergen free mattress cover. Right now, I just have the pillow covers. The cheaper mattress covers shred unfortunately, I threw mine out. I just had a male friend clean my fans today. It's been really hot in Cali and I didn't realize how dirty my fans were.....YUCK!

THANKS for sharing this advice.
