For the past few weeks or so i've been feeling like one side of my head is blown up. Sometimes it's not that bad but at times it gets worse. Im also starting to lose my energy and my lack of balance. Sometimes I feel like im gonna fall right where i am at the moment. Although I don't or haven't. Other times i feel like im gonna throw up or like i have a fever. The other day i was walking up the stairs when i heard a long high pitched beep in my right ear. I heard it last night too before i went to bed. My eyes have become alt more sensitive to light. And sometimes i feel like im gonna go crosseyed. I havn't checked with the eye doctor lately but i've never neede glasses before. Im really scared because i have no clue what this could be. My mom is taking me to the doctors soon but until then please help me turn

I'm sorry you are feeling so terrible. I am glad you are heading to the doctor soon!!!

There are lots of things to look into, I would suggest seeing a neurologist first to see what they have to offer as far as the head pain is concerned they’ll likely refer you to an ENT specialist who will then order the appropriate tests to evaluate your hearing in an attempt to uncover the reasons for your dizziness and ear ringing.

Good thing is, there are lots of options open at this point to getting some relief to you.

Keep in mind, if one doctor/medication etc is not working...move on to the next!

Let us know how you are doing.

Gaby- I'm sorry you're feeling so sick. I can definitely relate! I've had the same symptoms you've had. I went to the ENT specialist and found out that I actually have some hearing loss. That was why I was having ear ringing. Unfortunately there's no treatment for it; it comes and goes as it wants to. Mine has gotten a lot better and hardly ever rings any more; maybe that'll give you some hope. The dizziness can easily be treated, I think, for the most part. You could have an inner ear infection or vertigo; both of which can be treated with medications. I've had feelings like a fever, too, although when I would take my temperature, I didn't actually have one. I just was really flushed and felt overheated. I found the best thing to do was to turn a fan on me and try to relax. I think heat sometimes triggers my migraines, so that might be something for you to look out for.
Hopefully when you go to the doctor you'll be prescribed a triptan like Imitrex or Maxalt. Both work great and will help with all your symptoms. The fatigue may or may not go away with them, though. Sometimes I feel like I have a lot of energy after the medicine kicks in and my migraine is gone, and sometimes it totally wipes me out and I have to take a nap. Either way, I end up feeling a lot better. There are a lot of treatments out there, so if something doesn't work at first, don't give up!

I sorry you hurt so bad. I truely feel your pain.  I have been a hadache/ migraine suffer since childhood.  In 96 I was in a car accident and I have existed every minute of every day since with head pain.

The headaches can be from many different problems. Dehydration, eye issues, ( overhead lighting at work)  jaw clenching, tooth infections, constant loud noises, bulging cervical disc's, allergies( enviromental even at work and food), poor posture, stiff shoulder muscles, stomach sleeping, sleep apnea, breathing problems due to a broken nose or inflammed nose tissue,  poor diet, menstrual hormon imbalance, thyroid and adrenal problems, loss of the natural spinal curves, muscle guarding to compensate for weak or torn muscles.

Traumas, whiplash, concussions from a fall, hitting your head in the shower, on a door somewhere  or even playing sports. Also there has been a heart issue that causes problems. There is a change that takes place in our hearts at birth and if this change isn't complete it can cause headaches. An ultrasound of your heart would find this problem.

Then there is the stress of having to deal with someone that you just can't stand but you can't say anything about or doing a job you just can't stand but you just can't leave. Unexpressed emotions will accumilate into physical problems.

For the ear ringing  look up info on tinnitis.  I have a high pitched drill sound in my ears every minute of every night and day and have done so since 1982.  My father also has hearing problems.  And yes some days I feel like I am loosing my mind.

The more serious proplems are issues inside the brain.  Tumors, cancers,  schwanomas.  Infections in the spinal fluid, spinal fluid leaks,  lesions (MS related) brain swelling, and  parasites. You can have a nasty toxin build up from your food or a liver and kidney issue happening.

Look up migraines and the national migraine foundation.  There are neurologists that specalize in migraines and there are many different meds on the market.  I have been to  6 neurologists, 2 anthesiologists (for nerve blocks)  7 massage therapists, 8 chiropractors with different techniques, acupuncture, physical therapy 6 separate times. 3 Dentists,  4 allergists, 3 ear nose and throat,  2 endocronology (hormon imbalance doctors) and 3 naturopath  doctors.  I have spent over  40K out of my own pocket and that does not include what the insurance company has paid. and yes the pain gets sooooooooo bad sometime  that I want to check out.

headaches/migraines are durty little buggers that no one has a diffinative answer for. good luck with your docs

Gaby- I am happy for you that you have a diagnosis, but sorry it's not something simple like a sinus infection that can be cured with antibiotics. I hope the neurologist can shed even more light on your condition and give you a good treatment regimen. I'm going to a pain clinic today and hoping like crazy that they have some good control methods for me. Feel better!

I know what you're going through. I've suffered from severe Migrane headaches for well over 10 years. I had been to 6 different Neurologists and each one of them had given me different prevention pills to try and keep the headaches away but nothing worked and I was tired of putting all that medication in my body. Well, one day at work I was talking to a co-worker who had suffered for a long time from Migranes as well and had come across this all natural juice called. She had tried it, and after just a few short months was completely headache free. I was pretty hesitant at first myself, but at this point, I had sufferered for so long, that I figured I had nothing to lose. This juice comes from a desert cactus in Arizona and Mexico. Basically, what you do is start with a loading dose for 1 month which is 3 to 6 ounces a day just to get the toxins out of your body. I started to feel a lot better after just a few days and after a month on the juice, I felt like a totally new person! It has many more great health benefits too! It also helps with inflamation, reduces swelling in joints and muscles, helps with allergies, reduces stress, gives you more energy, and more. And the best part, you have a 60 day money back guarantee. If you don't like it, or you don't get results, you get your money back, no questions asked, it's that simple! I was impressed with the company so much, that I decided to become an affiliate and start selling it and telling people about it myself.
