Seeing friends is really important to be because I've had to cancel plans so much in recent years. I also let to get outside on a nice day and enjoy some part of nature, though physical activity in general is now something that I've been focusing on doing regardless of how I feel. I do enjoy walking on the treadmill at the gym a lot more when I'm not having unbearable pain and I tend to feel better afterward too. But I do it even with a really horrible pain level because it's vital to my health, though I end up suffering afterward for quite a while when I exercise in pain.
