I'm sorry. Migraines are the worse. Just do dark room, ice to the base of skull and the the top of your head where it hurts. I would run the air really high through your bedroom (or whereever you sleep). Just be careful of ERs as lot of them just like to give a strong narcotics that will just cause a worse migraine when it wears off, those are even worse. I was driving home from my dad's house and the streets are so strong with smoke from the fireworks that you can hardly see 20 feet in front of you, and some jerk from the upstairs apartment where I live decided to light off fireworks in the parking lot where it's absoutly not allowed, and ny son went out their and yelled at them as he knows it makes all of us ill. I'm just worried about
me and my daughter's asthma, nothing bad yet but I have the inhalers within reach just incase.

Dx-Gallstones at age 14 that caused Fibromyalgia in 1998. Chronic Pancreatitis at age 15 from Pancreatic Divisum. Fell down cement basement stairs on my bottom in 2001. Got severe migraines after the epidural from my 2nd childbirth in 2002. Was rear-ended by a lady doing 55mph in 2004 then 2 months later rolled my car down a hill and did even more damage to my back. Depression caused by having chronic pain. Asthma from allergies.
meds- Suboxone for pain, Cymbalta for pain and depression, Lyrica for pain and migraines, Imitrex for migraines, Ibprofen for migraines, Ventolin Albuterol inhaler for asthma. Phenergan for nausea, Seroquel for sleep.
