It has been discovered that certain foods act favoring the occurrence of migraine.

I explained:

Some foods contain more or less histamine, and this molecule acts by increasing the occurrence of migraine. Why?

By not having enough of the enzyme that metabolizes this molecule. Many people have little amount of this enzyme that metabolizes the histamine and these people are just victims of migraine (coincidence?) The suffers of migraine consume medicines and these inhibit, still more, the enzyme of the histamine. It's a cycle.

Not all the foods act for equal to all people. That's why it is important to be done this analytic of HISTAMINOSIS FOOD. In the second place it is essential to act with NOT pharmacological treatments.

As pressure in the temples or to use  “Migracalm" (a product with a biofunctional device)
