I am new to this & I wanted to ask if anyone has ever had contractions in your head like bearing down grunting till you feel your head will explode during a migraine.I had this the other day and have searched on net but haven'nt seen any of these symptoms.I was unable to control them,I take Toprolxl for high blood pressure,I stayed in dark ,quiet room with ice on neck & head.Could this be a migraine?Ive had them before but not very often.Thanks for any help!
