i've noticed when i'm about to go to sleep or early morning before sleep, i start to get pains in my temples. i'll wake up and i get really dizzy, so i take tylenol, but the tylenol doesn't seem to help in any way for the dizzyness or my headaches i get with the pains. During the middle of the night i'll get up to take tylenol, then i'll go back to lay down and it hurts to even try to lay down, after even just puttin my head on my pillow and resting my temples still have the pain. I also get really high body fevers, so i'll strip down to something less warm, or open a window, then i'll get high cold all over my body for a quick second then it will just go back to the hot body. I can't move my head fast, or bend over, i have to bend my whole body not my head, otherwise i get the pains again in my temples on both sides, it feels like, it hurts my temples also to cough or sneeze. We're recently re-painting the inside of our house, and my grandma says it's probably just sinus's from that. but we've been painting for a a month now, and it's only come recently. i've slept in my room before only an hour after the fresh paint has been painted, and i've never had this happen. After the second night i got pains i moved to the upstairs bedroom, away from all the fumes, hoping my grandma is right it's just the fumes from painting and such. but it's been 2 nights and i still get them. Lately i have also been forgetting things, i know that "comes with old age" but i'm only 17 atm, just turned, I'll be telling a story, and i'll forget the reason why i was telling it, or someone will ask me to do something, and i tend to slack, but then when i try to remember what they told me, it doesnt come to mind until i'm not thinking about anything. i can't really think of anything else that hurts or doesn't seem right, but if i do i'll reply. if anyone could help me, or reply, if they have felt anything similiar to what i'm feeling, with any help. that would be great.

Hi Kai17,

Welcome to Healing Well! It does sound like the paint fumes have a part to play here, I cannot go anywhere near paint now - I used to be able to - the fumes will trigger my headache really badly!!!

Hope this helps, take care
