Sept 28, 2009 - 1:30pm - Sudden, SEVERE headache when sneezing, coughing, morning sickness - duration 1+ week.

Oct 9 2009 - getting better, however I still get morning sickness & gag / vomit when I drink water & my migraine comes back.

location: behind the eyes, top of head, back of neck. SEVERE.

I have never had migraines b4.

Any ideas?

You didn't give your age, that is one way my Dr diagnosed me with PFO.  I would get an immediate dibiliating headache after walking, swneezing, coughing, bowel movements etc. You can look up PFO and migraine on google, Cleveland Clinic etc.  I had surgery to repair mine 9/29/09 and haven't had a migraine since.  I did have daily migraines and they become worse in the 30th and 40th year of your life if its a pfo.  You could mention it to your Dr and see what he says.  There is lots of info on the internet about it.
