I am sorry to hear that your daughter is battling migraines at such a young age. I would definitely get her in to see a doctor, they may be able to provide some abortive medications to stop the migraine or even preventatives to keep her from getting them.
Where is this cyst located? I had one on my right maxillary sinus and ended up having it removed "in case" it was contributing to the head pain--it didnt have any affect.
None of us here are trained medical professionals, I would love to help but honestly would be guessing at a diagnosis and that's not fair to you or her.
I would talk to the pediatrician and if they dont have much headache experience find a specialist to see.
