FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!
Most people I know have anxiety (about
something) and stress (about
a a lot of things) and don't have painful "icepick" type head pain.
I would imagine that the MRI/MRA is correct but that doesn't mean something isn't there. There are a lot of reasons for head pains...Maybe you could list your symptoms, where the pain is, how often it happens, is it related to anything (it happens after you eat, or after exercise)
We are not doctors but are here for support and understand. I would definitely find a new doctor, a headache specialist and keep going until someone helps you!
