I'm 28 now, and have been having horrible headaches since I was 15.
Sometimes every day, sometimes 3 a week. The front of my head feels like it's being alternately squeezed and stabbed. Occasionally it goes from one side to the other before hurting on both sides.
Sometimes I become light sensitive, sometimes sound sensitive. Sometimes neither. The headaches last for anywhere from an hour to a day usually.
I have tried sinus medicine, thinking it was related. Allergy meds both prescript
ion and OTC. Asprin and tylenol do nothing. Migraine OTC such as excedrine helps, as does controlled amounts of caffiene. But there's no warning when these attacks will happen, and there's always a low level headache.
I know that it is not caffeine headaches. I stopped all caffeine use for about
6 months, and the headaches persisted.
help! Ineed to figure out what's going on so I can find a way to fix it.

Kiraz - That sounds terrible! When do you experience these headaches most frequently? Do you have any jaw, neck, or back pains? Do you grind or clench your teeth?

That's the odd thing, They seem to have no particular triggers, or times.
There's no pain in my jaw or neck or anything. No shoulder pain, nothing. I don;t grind my teeth or clench them.
