Hi,

This is kind of embarrassing, but i might aswell be honest. Im a 22 year old male and the other day i was m.asturbating, and all of a sudden i felt like something 'popped' in the back of my head behind my left ear (but more to the centre of the back of the head), followed by the most excruciating pains in that area in my head (i used to get headaches when i was younger). It was so bad that i felt like throwing up and i didnt want to move because it made it worse. It lasted for maybe between 10-25minutes untill i fell asleep, and when i woke up i still had a headache but nowhere near as bad.

Anyway i thought not much of it, until the other day, m.asturbating again, same exact feeling (minus the 'popping') in the same exact place, and again today. It seems to only occur when i am m.asturbating (Maybe its a sign!). The pain is so bad i have to stop, if i try to continue it actually gets worse.

What is wrong with me?

Hi,

I think you will have to get over some embarrassment here and see a Neurologist. There are some forms of headache and some migraine that are triggered by sexual activity. I am not saying necessarily that this is what you have, but it would be a good idea to get it checked out!

I admire your honesty.

Take care
