Go to a teaching hospital and get a neurologist there. And put your primary doctor straight, demand a second opinion. As far as your job? Contact the ADA because they violated the law. If you have a medical condition and a medical note stating from your physician you have to be allowed FMLA after your sick hours are used up. They can not fire you on medical grounds and must provide a reasonable accomondation. Further ado, you need a neurologist and you need testing done. Your new symptom is neurological.
