I have had pressure in my head every day for 6 years now.
However my pressure didn't come along in a scary episode like yours did--I don't think I've had even a minute of vision loss.  The fact that you have head pressure and had a minute of vision loss, indicates it could be something called "pseudotumor cerebri" or raised intracranial pressure.  Of course you should realize I'm just a random person on the internet, and in no position to diagnose you.  It's just that based on the symptoms you gave, and what I read about intracranial pressure, I think it could be one possibility among many others for you.  This condition is not generally too serious, and also, it's usually fixable without anything too invasive.
I would try to report your head symptoms and the momentary vision loss to a doctor, and try to get an MRI.
Lemme know if you find anything else out.
